Arlington will get synthetic surface
Lexington Herald-Leader: Horse Racing: "Following a season that was marred by 21 fatal breakdowns, Chicago's Arlington Park -- one of five tracks owned by Churchill Downs Inc. -- announced yesterday it will immediately begin construction to replace its main dirt track with a synthetic surface."
